Let’s taco ’bout these taco seasoning cheese crisps! Great sub for crackers or chips – 3 ingredients and 6 minutes in the oven, and you’re snackin’. For keto low carb lifestyles, these zero carb snacks are a sanity-saver.


When you’re committed to low carb, you’re always looking for snacking options. And when I started, I was buying the pre-made foods and spending too much money. So I got smart and checked Pinterest and BOOM.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Taco Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS :
  1. Mix the pre-shredded cheese and seasoning.
  2. Drop a small amount of the cheese mixture into muffin pan. We like our silicone one placed on a sheet pan.
  3. Bake 400 degrees F for 6 minutes or so until brown / crispy. Be careful not to burn.
