Easter Crack White Chocolate Toffee Recipe
This delicious “Easter Crack” is my Easter version of Christmas Crack, it’s delicious and easy to make. You’ll love this amazing recipe, it’s perfect for Easter and it’s pretty too, the perfect dessert to bring to any Easter lunch. I promise you won’t regret making this fantastic Easter Crack Recipe and the whole family will love this recipe.
This recipe would also be really great to take to your neighbors this Easter because it’s fairly inexpensive to make and it tastes great. Everyone will love this White Chocolate Toffee, so don’t forget to give it a try this Easter.
Ingredients :
- 1 Cup of Butter (2 Sticks)
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Stack of Saltine Crackers
- 1 lb. Package of White Almond Bark Melted
- 1 Package of Pink Candy Melts
- Easter or Spring Sprinkles
Instructions :
- Melt Butter and Brown Sugar over Medium Heat, Bring to a boil and stir while boiling for 5 minutes
- Line a cookie sheet with Aluminum Foil
- Place Crackers evenly on the Foil Pan
- Pour Sugar Mixture over the Crackers
- Bake at 325 Degrees for 8 minutes
- While Crackers are baking melt almond bark and Pink Candy Melts (in separate bowls) in the microwave using the directions on the package
- Pour white chocolate over the cracker mixture and spread evenly
- Pour pink candy melt over the top of the white chocolate and swirl it with a fork or spatula
